After his graduation in United States, he came back to Venezuela where he worked as the Sports Director of one of the most prestigious Clubs in South America.
Based on his own experience and his beliefs about the importance of sports in children’s development, he designed and directed one of the most popular Summer Camps in South America.
Mr. Anderson moved to United States in 1995, where he continued with his mission of helping the youth through sports, and founded University Sports Program (USP). USP is a corporation that during the last 15 years has organized Summer Camps and Try-Outs in different cities throughout United States (Pompano Beach, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, Aventura, Miami, etc) and in more than 10 different countries in the world (Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, etc).
Today, USP is considered as one of the world leading companies in the field of recruiting international students-athletes and one of the best Sports Summer Camps for children in our area.
Every year, an average of 100 students-athletes around the world begin college in the United States with the help of USP, and an average of 250 local children receive the benefits of a varied, safe and fun Sports Summer Camp through USP Camps.
